Rules of Super Card:
· The card can be used at special merchants. Once sold, were not returned. However, the card could be replaced with equal value products at the same merchant.
· Recharge the card when the invoice is issued, the actual consumption without further invoices.
· You could enjoy membership privileges immediately after you register and activate at the VIP service center by showing valid ID.
· Members could enjoy discount at merchants by showing Super Card. (Except for special goods).
· The card must be used within the validity period.
· The card is not cashable, no overdraft but can report for loss (Loss report applies only to registered users.)
· Please keep the card to avoid contact with magnetic objects and keep the card clean.
· The card can be recharged.
· The card can be combined to use but only for registered users. Multi-card value combines to registered card.

Card replacement: (registered users only)
· Damaged card replacement:
Register at VIP service center with valid ID if Super Card is damaged and receive replacement certificates. Exchange the card at the cashier counter with replacement certificate and pay RMB10/card for nominal fee.

· Expired card replacement:
The card must be used within the valid period since the valid date. Expired cards can be extended at cashier counter; each card can only be extended once for 6 months. Extension service fee charged RMB10 per card.

· Lost card replacement:
If Super Card is lost, please go to VIP service center as soon as possible to do relevant procedures with valid ID and get re-issue certificates.
Certificate holders shall go to cashier counter to replace the card and pay RMB10 /card for nominal fee. If the lost card has expired, you need to pay extra RMB10 /card for renewal of service fee.

For over a certain amount of card purchase, Super Brand Mall offers free delivery services. Customers need to sign and chop official seal and financial seal upon the receipt when receive cards.

Cardholders should carefully check the card number, consumption amount and balance when card has been used.
